Red Cedar Partners (RCP) is a Veteran-Owned Small Business delivering homeland security, immigration, intelligence and cyber consulting services.
Based in Annapolis, Maryland and founded by a former US Department of Homeland Security official and US Navy veteran, Red Cedar boasts 20+ years’ experience working for—and with—public and private sector partners. We develop policies and strategies that strengthen communities, keep the country safe, and promote American values.
